    The kids were thrilled with the special holiday gifts, and we felt pampered throughout our visit. Only downside was some uneven service from one older staff member, but it didn't take away from our overall experience, definitely don't miss the dining 😊

    Room maintenance was concerning. We faced issues like a broken table leg and poor sound insulation from neighboring rooms.

    Couple's Perfect Getaway

    The staff always greeted us warmly and the location was spot on, just steps from everything we wanted. We had a comfy bed waiting for us each night and a great selection of toiletries.

    It wasn't a bargain, but it was still acceptable.

    A family next door had a child who cried all night. The situation was exacerbated when one of the staff members entered my room without knocking, violating my privacy and adding to my distress.

    The location is perfect, right near the Champs-Elysees. The staff greeted me warmly, always ready to assist with any needs. The decor is elegant, lending the hotel a classic Parisian charm that I adored. I appreciated the spaciousness of the Beautiful Room and the comfortable bed. Breakfast was divine. Fresh pastries paired well with good coffee. Some noise from neighboring rooms slightly disrupted my tranquility. The bathroom water pressure was inconsistent, a bit disappointing. There were moments when the staff seemed a bit disorganized, leading to minor delays. Still, the overall ambiance and service left a positive impression were great.
